Elmira, New York, April 9, 2014 -- Elmira Savings Bank (NASDAQ:ESBK) has acquired a former bank building located at 712 N. Franklin Street, Watkins Glen, New York. The bank will be making renovations during 2014 and intends to open a full-service branch in early 2015.
