Mortgage Loan Officers
We are seeking experienced Originators with positive, upbeat attitudes to join us in our new market areas.
Two positions available! Responsible for developing new residential mortgage business by interviewing and counseling customers regarding mortgage products, as well as providing information on other bank products and services. Must have the ability to perform preliminary underwriting of loans to determine income ratios in accordance with bank lending guidelines. Must have the ability to develop business contacts for referrals. Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA experience is preferred.
Intended territories to service are: 1) Steuben county and surrounding areas 2) Broome County and surrounding areas; but not limited to those market areas for business relationships already established outside the mentioned areas. These positions offer an attractive base salary plus a generous commission as well as a full benefits package.
