Call Center Specialist
Answer incoming calls to the bank’s call center. Provide accurate, cordial and timely customer service. Research information and report back to the customer. Provide direct sales & service and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel as necessary. Banking experience is preferred, Call Center experience is required.
 
Mortgage Originators
Responsible for developing new residential mortgage business by interviewing and counseling customers regarding mortgage products. Must have the ability to develop business contacts for referrals. Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and SONYMA experience is preferred. Opportunities are available in the Vestal and Ithaca markets.
 
Mortgage Processor/Closer
Supports the various functions of the office by maintaining strict management of the mortgage pipeline; ensure the timely processing and closing of loan applications and acts as a central communication person for status and questions related to the completion of the loan application process.  Opportunities are available from Vestal to Greater Binghamton area.
 
Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reconciling various accounts, creating financial reports, maintaining financial data and accounting systems, i.e., A/P, fixed assets, prepaids, etc.  The Financial Analyst also utilizes financial modeling software, developing reports for asset/liability management, budgets, and financial projections.
 
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or a minor in economics is preferred. Experience using MS Excel is required. A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures is also preferred.
 
Branch Manager
Responsible for managing a Branch Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in that community. The Branch Manager implements strategies to achieve goals developed for the branch as part of the annual operating plan. Branch Managers ensure the office's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager organizes the activities of the branch and directly supervises the assigned personnel.
 
Assistant Branch Manager
Responsible for assisting in the management of a branch office, conducting regular sales and customer service meetings, outside sales and customer service calls, soliciting new business from both present and prospective customers and actively participate in the community. Must have demonstrated supervisory skills. Three years of experience in related banking and/or sales supervision is preferred.

 
Tellers
Full and Part-time Tellers are responsible for processing transactions and cross selling appropriate products & services while providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking individuals with positive, upbeat attitudes to grow with us. Opportunities are available in the Ithaca and Watkins Glen Branches.
 
Commercial Lender/Business Development Opportunity
This position is responsible for business development and commercial loan generation in the Ithaca & Binghamton market areas. Must have considerable knowledge of the commercial lending process including underwriting and loan documentation. Must be an outgoing, self-motivated individual looking for a unique career opportunity to work with a locally owned and managed financial institution.
