As per CDC guidelines and NYS rules, vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a mask within our offices. Our employees and customers may make a personal choice to continue wearing a mask. Anyone unvaccinated must continue to wear a mask upon entering.
To help protect the health and safety of our employees and customers, our branch lobbies will allow only a limited number of customers in the lobby at one time to maintain optimal social distancing. If the lobby reaches capacity, we may ask customers to wait outside. Hand sanitizer stations are located in all branches. Should you have a need for an in-person meeting at one of our branches, we encourage you to schedule an appointment ahead of time by clicking here. From time-to-time, temporary branch closures may be necessary. Any closures will be listed on our locations page, which will remain up-to-date for your convenience. We recommend you check the locations page prior to visiting a branch to confirm the current hours.
Our drive-thrus, night depositories, and ATMs are available for certain transactions to help reduce the number of customers in the branch lobbies. We strongly encourage customers to utilize digital channels for banking, such as Online and Mobile Banking. These services allow you to bank from the comfort of your home or office, while decreasing exposure to customers and our staff. We encourage everyone to stay vigilant against scams related to the Coronavirus. Cybercriminals have begun to send emails or contact through social media with links to fraudulent websites, intended to trick victims into revealing sensitive information.
Messages may appear to be educational, promoting awareness and prevention tips, or attempting to sell a bogus product for prevention or cure. Additionally, messages from cybercriminals may appear to come from charities seeking donations.
Be cautious of emails, text messages, social media posts or phone calls you receive requesting information; do not open links or attachments from sources unfamiliar to you; and never provide your personal or financial information. If you plan to make a donation, research the charity, never let them rush you into a donation, and do not send cash or gift cards, or wire the funds.
